Can I track my order?

ALL orders come with carrier tracking numbers.
**Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late, lost or damaged goods once they have been scanned by the postal service. We will try our best to assist you with this matter!
The delivery times provided by Enchanted Beauties are estimates only.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Enchanted Beauties cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
How long does it take to receive my item?
We aim for a 7-10 day turn around time on our items and ask for up to 3 weeks especially during the holidays. We thank you for your patience in awaiting your sweet little items!
As we continue to grow we look forward to stocking most items on hand for next day shipping.
Returns
Enchanted Beauties is currently not accepting any returns. However, we do offer exchanges and store credit as long as the items are returned within 14 days of receiving your package.
Order Cancellations
There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all orders that are cancelled after 24 hours of original purchase.
